José Antonio Agüero, attorney in Law
Graduated in Law, I started with my “Agüero Collection Agency” in 1994, and this led me to study for my degree, presenting my Professional Thesis at the Open University of San Luis Potosí, entitled “Forensic Practice with Reforms in Commercial Matters and Obligation of Apply Human Rights against Usury ”. Derived from the foregoing, from the year 2017 it changes its commercial name to “Cobranzas y Jurídico Agüero”
I have also completed various Diplomas in: Human Rights, New Oral Justice System, new Commercial Oral Trials, new Amparo Trial 2013 in the Mexican Legal System.
Including training in trials on the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, Inapplication of Norms in accordance with the Pro Personae Principle, Seminar on: International Treaties on Human Rights, Protection and Preservation of the Place of Intervention, Chain of Custody, Investigation Stage, Legal Argumentation, Control Constitutional and Conventional, Penitentiary Law Workshop, Criminalistics Course, among others.
